I love collaborating with people. I work best with projects that involved high interaction but also some individual synthesis. I value clear, direct communication and aligning expectations.

Most of my friends would say I have high energy and they are spot on! Eight times out of ten, I wake up ready to seize the day. I do have a chill mode, usually reflected on times when I’m thinking deeply though. I’m working on getting better sleep but some of my best thoughts come in the evenings.

My identity has little to do with what I think, even much less what others think. It’s all about who God says I am.

I look to the potential of things and try to make that a reality. Doesn’t work every time, but what’s the harm in trying?

Being considerate and thinking of others is important to me. I can do better though.
Open-minded
I’m very confident in my beliefs but that’s only because I allow for a bunch of diversity of thoughts to help inform my worldview.
Inquisitive
My curiosity lends itself to massive exploration, research, and ideation. Mostly good outcomes, but sometimes it gets me in trouble!
Potent
In the sense that I try as honestly as possible because honesty is the best policy - there’s nothing like potent truth.
Hopeful
Always looking for the best on this side of eternity, even when things don’t go as planned.

I’m really just a big kid stuck in an adult body with professional responsibilities.

I believe in community and that we are all family. It’s nearly impossible to do life alone.
